This step takes several minutes to complete. Do not power cycle the device unless instructed to by the updater. The updater will provide progress feedback during the update. Once the update is complete, the device will reboot and the website will refresh once the device is back online and ready to use.
Be sure to obtain the correct firmware file for your device. If you are unsure, please contact support.
Unzip the device firmware file and locate the .upd file that will be used for the update.
Drag the .upd file into the update window on the web interface.
The firmware file will be uploaded to the device and the progress indicator at the bottom of the screen will indicate that the process is ongoing.
