You will receive an authorization token when you purchase Mixbus or Mixbus PRO. Authorization tokens are of the form: AA-BBB-CC. If you purchased Mixbus through the Harrison store, you'll find your token in your Account->My Products->Software Products, under the appropriate product listing.
Each time Mixbus is launched, it checks whether it has been authorized on this computer. If not, Mixbus will prompt you for an authorization token. Once the token is applied, you will no longer be prompted for a token.
If you have not yet purchased a token, you may continue to use Mixbus in evaluation ("demo") mode.
Mixbus must be online when you apply the token to your machine. After you've applied the Token, you don't need to be online for regular usage.
Mixbus is available in 2 tiers: Mixbus and Mixbus Pro.
Mixbus and Mixbus Pro authorizations will work to authorize 5 different machines. After 5 machines are authorized with a token, it will stop working. These machines may be used simultaneously. Once an authorization is applied to a machine, we do not provide a mechanism to de-authorize a machine, or otherwise manage your authorizations.
We value our user base and understand issues can arise whether that is a hard drive going bad, a computer getting stolen or you have sold your computer to someone else. 5 authorizations in most cases should be enough to cover these types of situations but in the future if you need to add another machine please contact us via the Support link.
